Post Asana task updates to Discord

The Asana trigger (a project webhook) fires on task changes in the watched project. A Set node lifts the change action and the task fields (name, permalink, assignee). A Switch routes the three events people care about — a task added, a task completed, and a task otherwise changed — each to a Set node with wording that fits. A Discord node posts the resulting message via an incoming webhook, so no bot has to be invited to the server. The Discord post retries with backoff and falls through to an error rail that captures context and posts a fallback alert, so a transient outage never drops an update silently.
